产品描述:本机适用于制药厂针剂安瓿瓶、西林瓶、口服液瓶等药用玻璃瓶和不锈钢工器具的干热灭菌烘箱,具有升温快、热分布均匀、结构紧凑、操作简单等特点。该设备用于对清洗后的稳定材料、物品采用连续式的高温循环空气方式进行灭菌除热原,将物品放入干热灭菌柜内,启动PLC可编程序控制系统,内循环风机工作、加热、干燥箱迅速升温。在内循环风机作用下,干热空气通过耐高温高效过滤器进入箱体,在层流孔板调节作用下形成一个均匀分布空气向箱体内传递,干燥空气吸收物品表面的水分,进入加热通道蒸发排出、干空气在风机作用下定向循环流动。干燥结束后进入恒温灭菌阶段,此阶段设备不再向外界排风,通过250℃的热风进行45min的干热灭菌过程,时间到达后,过程控制完毕。开启送风强制冷却,声光提示开门。在正常情况下无菌间门在灭菌程序结束达到冷却点70℃时可开门(冷却点温度可设定,一般冷却点温度在60-80℃)。 This machine is suitable for dry-heat sterilization oven of injection ampoule bottle, penicillin bottle, oral liquid bottle and other medicinal glass bottles and stainless steel tools in pharmaceutical factory. In this stage, the equipment will no longer exhaust air to the outside. The process of dry heat sterilization is carried out for 45 minutes by hot air at 250 C. After the time arrives, the process is controlled.Open the air supply for forced cooling, sound and light prompt to open the door.Under normal conditions, the door of sterile compartment can be opened when the cooling point reaches 70 C at the end of sterilization procedure (the cooling point temperature can be set, generally the cooling point temperature is 60-80 C).
