These stations are equipped with various sensors and monitoring devices that can continuously monitor key indicators such as pH value, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, heavy metal content, as well as microorganisms and harmful chemical substances. These data provide important evidence for assessing the ecological status of water bodies.
One: Product Introduction:
Our company has developed an outdoor small-sized automatic river water quality monitoring station (BK-SZWZ) in response to national strategies for strengthening environmental protection and promoting sustainable economic development. This product combines national standards with advanced computer technology to achieve fully automated measurement processes. It is widely applicable for surface water quality monitoring in rivers and lakes.
The main factors causing eutrophication of surface waters include chemical factors such as nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), organic matter, ammonia-nitrogen (NH4-), etc. Therefore, it is necessary to measure total phosphorus (TP), total nitrogen (TN), ammonia-nitrogen (NH3-N), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5), permanganate index (CODMnO4) along with routine five parameters including dissolved oxygen DO2%, turbidity NTU%, conductivity μS/cm , temperature °C ,pH units . The comprehensive reaction indicators reflect the overall state of aquatic environments.
Two: Principle of Miniature Water Quality Monitoring Stations:
This integrated design includes sampling systems for collecting and processing samples; detection modules that adhere strictly to national standards for chemical analysis methods; a control module that ensures sample integrity; auxiliary modules like waste liquid collection system(safe disposal); lightning protection; air conditioning system ;and power supply backup UPS). The core unit consists of multiple detection modules that measure TP/TN/BOD/COD/Ammonia Nitrogen/DO/Oxygen Demand/Dissolved Oxygen using multi-electrode integration techniques.
